Cathy Windland
is a successful marketing professional with expertise in education, business services,
shopping centers, retail, and brand products. As a marketing consulting, she is dedicated to
helping companies develop marketing strategies to grow business. She specializes in marketing
programs, special events, seminars and training, and strategies to grow business. Prior
to starting her own firm, Ms. Windland was the vice president of marketing for an educational
marketing and sales firm where she was responsible for developing a profitable marketing
services division to serve the needs of the company's clients. While in the shopping center
industry, she was regional director of marketing for a large real estate investment trust where
she was responsible for marketing 22 shopping centers in four states. Her marketing programs
have been recognized nationally, with one promotion making a "Good Morning, America"
spot. She earned her certified marketing director designation in 1991.
Ms. Windland was twice named Future Business Leaders of America National Businessperson of
the Year and has served as workshop presenter, judge and panelist for many FBLA and PBL
functions. She also serves as an Advisory Board member for Students In Free Enterprise at
Bucks County Community College. She is a member of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce
and is very active in networking for business. She recently co-founded Christian Women in
Business, a women's networking group dedicated to promoting positive and ethical practices in
the workplace. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, she states, "helping others
achieve their goals and making a positive difference."
